Shahid Hasheminejad Super Specialty Hospital was endowed by the late Daryani in 1957. Since 1985, it has continued its operations as a national center for the treatment of kidney diseases. This hospital serves as an educational, research, and treatment center under the supervision of the Ministry of Health and Medical Education and is affiliated with Iran University of Medical Sciences. It provides advanced specialty services in fields such as urology, nephrology, kidney transplantation, vascular surgery, and more.

Strategic planning, utilizing modern management models and methods, leveraging collective intelligence, relying on the knowledge and capabilities of the staff, and uncovering their hidden potential were among the strategies implemented in the new management approach at this center. By engaging public participation, reform measures were successfully carried out in three main areas: 1) Renovation of physical spaces, 2) Development of human resources, and 3) Adoption of modern management models.
