Chabahar Airport photos

Chabahar Airport, also known as Konarak Airport, is located in Konarak County, Sistan and Baluchestan Province, approximately 30 kilometers from the port of Chabahar. This airport has two runways, measuring 2,743 and 3,785 meters in length and 45 meters in width, which allows it to accommodate large aircraft such as the Airbus A380.

Currently, despite its limited size, Chabahar Airport is one of the busiest airports in the country, with about 100 flights per month. The airport has two separate terminals for domestic and international flights.

Due to limited facilities and capacity, a plan is underway to build a new international airport in the Chabahar Free Trade-Industrial Zone to provide more extensive infrastructure for the region.
